Bathroom Vanity Installation and Replacement

A new vanity changes a bathroom more than almost anything else you can do in a day. We handle the whole swap: the old unit out, the new one set level and secured, plumbing reconnected, and everything caulked and finished so it looks like it belongs.

We install vanities for homeowners and landlords across Johnson County and the south side of Indianapolis.

What a Vanity Replacement Includes

  • Removing the existing vanity

Water shut off, plumbing disconnected, and the old cabinet and top removed carefully.

  • Setting the new vanity

Cabinet leveled, shimmed as needed, and fastened to the wall studs.

  • Vanity top and backsplash

Top set and sealed, with the backsplash installed and caulked to the wall.

  • Sink and faucet installation

Faucet and drain assembly installed in the new top before final hookup.

  • Reconnecting accessible plumbing

Supply lines, drain, and trap reconnected to the existing accessible connections and tested for leaks.

  • Caulking and finishing

Clean caulk lines at the top, backsplash, and wall so water stays where it should.

  • Baseboard and trim adjustments

Minor trim cuts or reinstallation where the new cabinet footprint differs from the old one.

  • Old vanity removal

Hauled away and disposed of when that's included in the quote.

Relocating plumbing, repairing damaged flooring or drywall found behind the old vanity, and larger bathroom modifications are additional work. We'll walk you through anything we uncover before it affects the price.

Common Questions

Does the new vanity have to be the same size as the old one?
Not necessarily, but size changes affect what's behind it. A wider or narrower vanity often leaves exposed wall or flooring that needs patching, painting, or trim work — all easy to plan for if we know ahead of time.
Do you install the sink and faucet too?
Yes. Top, sink, and faucet installation and hookup to the existing accessible supply and drain are part of a standard vanity job.
What happens to the old vanity?
We can haul it away if you'd like it gone — just agree to that when we quote the job so it's included.
What can change the scope?
Moving supply or drain lines, water-damaged flooring or drywall behind the old vanity, and out-of-square walls are the common ones. We'll show you what we find and quote the extra work before continuing.
