Cotterman Holiday Lighting provides custom-designed, commercial-grade holiday displays throughout Indianapolis and surrounding metropolitan communities across Central Indiana. We handle the installation, maintenance, removal, and storage so you can enjoy the season without ladders, tangled cords, or January takedown.
Full-service displays starting at $600. Installation dates are reserved with a deposit.

We measure the areas you want decorated and create an itemized design for your home.

In-Season Maintenance
If a bulb or connection fails under normal seasonal use, we'll return and correct it at no additional charge.

A Full-Service Seasonal Display
Cotterman Holiday Lighting provides an all-inclusive seasonal service rather than selling boxes of lights. Cotterman Home Services retains ownership of the commercial-grade lighting and decorations.
Your seasonal price covers the custom design and fitting, use of the display, installation, timer, in-season maintenance, removal, and labeled storage. This allows us to keep every section tested, repaired, organized, and ready for the following season.
If you decide not to renew, there is no further obligation. Returning customers who keep the same design receive reduced renewal pricing because the initial measuring and custom fitting have already been completed. Additions or design changes are quoted separately.
Your seasonal price covers the complete holiday-lighting experience—not boxes of lights you have to maintain and store yourself.

Every home and display is different. Pricing is based on illuminated footage, height, roofline complexity, access, selected colors, and optional features such as wreaths, garland, bushes, and trees.
